Ramis Health & Fitness offers two kinds of packages for clients, Training Packages & Coaching Packages.

1.

Training

Packages

Training Packages are designed for those clients who already possess a degree of motivation and commitment to their health and training.

Aside from in-person training sessions, the Training Packages provide clients with clear guidance on the action they must take in order to achieve their desired health and training goals. This guidance includes information on which exercise routines (including both resistance training and cardiovascular training) and nutrition practices are appropriate for them to follow, and which will best complement their supervised studio training sessions. Clients who consistently implement and apply themselves to the recommended plan will successfully achieve their stated goals.

Regular email support is available to help clients stay on track with their training efforts.

It is completely up to the client how often their sessions are used, though all packages are paid for in advance and come with a 12-month expiry date.

Coaching

Packages

Coaching Packages are designed for those clients who desire a deeper level of support than the Training Packages offer.

Coaching Packages provide clients with a more in-depth level of personal coaching and a wider range of skills and services including mindset and lifestyle coaching, exercise, nutrition, functional medicine, soft tissue work, and posture assessment and correction.

All Coaching Packages include the following:

Assessment of Posture, Muscle Flexibility, Joint Mobility and Core Function to establish safe and appropriate levels of physical exercise and activity for the client, and minimise the possibility of injury by identifying any areas that require priority attention
Assessment of client’s existing Nutrition and Lifestyle practices to establish current levels of health, stress and vitality, and highlight areas for priority attention
A personalised programme designed to achieve client’s specific goals incorporating appropriate Resistance Training, Cardio-vascular Conditioning and Corrective Exercise to address any priority areas discovered during the initial physical assessment.
A personalised programme designed to address any priority areas and issues highlighted in the Nutrition and Lifestyle assessment, and help guide client to improving their health, eating/drinking habits and reducing stress at a pace appropriate to their situation.
A weekly Coaching session to establish and address any challenges that may be blocking improvement and to assess overall progress

12-Month Coaching Package

You know you want to change things though aren’t sure what to change and how to do it. You do know that you need help and guidance to do it and ongoing support to help keep you on track.

A 12-month program for those who want to take their time whilst transforming their current mindset, health, body and lifestyle, and who feel they would benefit from a slower, more complete and thorough journey towards their goals; one which results in a permanent and positive transformation.

144 x 1 hour training sessions

52 x 1 hour training sessions

6-Month Coaching Package

You know what your goals are and want to follow a slightly quicker path towards achieving them.

You’re happy to dive-deep into your challenges, though not necessarily for too long, and still want to reach your goals sooner rather than later.

A 6-month program for those who have a moderately clear idea of what they want to achieve and how best to achieve it, and are able to commit to taking some action immediately

72 x 1 hour training sessions

3-Month Coaching Package

You know what you need to do to reach your goals, maybe even how to do most of it and are perhaps already doing some of it yourself.

You just need a little guidance to help you do things smarter rather than harder, and to help you reach your goals faster.

A 3-month program for those who want to change things in a hurry, yet don’t seek a quick-fix or short-cuts.
